Find any order or customer. Search an order number (MP-1001), a customer ID (C-10001), an email, a name, or a tracking number.
Prices & sales
Change a piece's regular price, or put it on sale. Sale prices show crossed-out pricing on the site and are charged at checkout. If you make a mistake, Reset to default puts the piece back to its original price with no sale.
Sale on everything
The end date is optional. Sales end automatically at the end of that day.

Coupons
Create a code, choose how much it takes off, and share it. Coupons take a percentage off the items in the cart (not shipping or tax).

Mark a finish or a piece as sold out and it can't be bought on the site. Any unshipped orders that need it are marked delayed, and each customer is emailed the reason.

Ready to ship
How many of each piece you have printed and ready. Use + and −, or type a number. When an order is paid, it subtracts automatically.

Pick a piece and a label for each slot, then download the file. Orders with labels also have this button when you open them in Orders.
